Nomad Cruise, the renowned floating conference uniting digital nomads, remote workers, and entrepreneurs worldwide, is gearing up for another journey on the Atlantic Ocean. With more than 500 participants onboard, the winter escape from Europe to South America promises to be an unforgettable experience.

“We are aiming to bring over 500 digital nomads and top our previous biggest attendance of 490 digital nomads on the trip to Brazil in November 2018,” reveals Founder Johannes Voelkner.

The road to this highly anticipated conference hasn’t been without challenges. The project faced a significant struggle during the pandemic, leading to a few “on the land” conferences held under the alternative name “Nomadbase.”

However, with the cruise industry’s recovery and resumption of operations, Nomad Cruise had to secure a new cruise partner as its previous collaborator, Pullmantur, ceased operations due to the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In May 2013, Nomad Cruise triumphantly made its comeback with 250 cruisers embarking on a European journey around Italy and Greece, in collaboration with Costa Cruises. The event proved to be a resounding success, reaffirming the commitment to the rapidly growing community of digital nomads. Soon after, the 12th journey and comeback on the Atlantic Ocean were promised.
