Tom Sandoval was spotted arriving at the $2 million home he shares with ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix on Wednesday night with his rumored gal pal Tii.
As Ariana, 38, and her boyfriend, Daniel Wai, joined the cast on their group trip to San Francisco, the Vanderpump Rules star, 40, spent time with the aspiring singer, who he claimed was “just a friend,” following his benefit concert for the victims of Maui wildfires.
According to an August 31 report from Dexerto, Sandoval and his band, Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras, hosted a charity concert for the victims at Los Angeles’ El Rey Theatre, which was attended by his co-stars, Tom Schwartz, 40, and James Kennedy, 31, and believed to have been filmed for Pump Rules season 11.
During the event, whose proceeds went to the Hawaii Community Foundation, Sandoval performed his single, “T.I.P,” as its music video, which features Ariana, was played on a screen.
The following day, Scheana Shay, 38, shared a video on her Instagram Story in which Ariana and Daniel were seen sitting beside one another on a plane ride to San Francisco, seemingly confirming Daniel will be featured in the upcoming 11th season.
“SF … Here we come!!!!” Scheana wrote in the caption of the clip.
As for Sandoal’s latest outing with Hawaii-born singer Tii, that came after his show on Wednesday. As noted by a report from Page Six on August 31, Tii was seen singing and dancing at the benefit concert before she and Sandoval visited a bar in West Hollywood and ultimately arrived at Sandoval’s home around midnight.
In photos, Tii was seen in a black minidress with her hair braided.
According to the outlet, Tii shared videos of herself riding in Sandoval’s black Rolls-Royce before they arrived at his place for what was described as a “late-night hangout.”

The next day, Tii and Sandoval boarded a plane after “[two] hours of sleep” with mutual friend Billie Lee, who introduced them earlier this summer.
After Tii and Sandoval were first seen together in August, an insider told Page Six, “Tom and Tii had a lot of fun during their night out, and there’s definitely a connection,” as a second added, “He thought she was a really cool girl, and they enjoyed getting to know each other.”
Still, when confronted about the potential relationship, Sandoval insisted Tii was “just a friend.”
Vanderpump Rules season 11 is currently in production and expected to begin airing later this year or early next year.
