Tom Brady took shots at stars including Taylor Swift and Kanye West at his Netflix roast last night – read on for all the details.
The Greatest Roast Of All-Time: Tom Brady aired live from Los Angeles’ Kia Forum on Netflix on Sunday night (May 5), with the NFL legend and seven-time Super Bowl champion being targeted by comedians including Kevin Hart and Nikki Glaser, as well as special guests Ben Affleck, Will Ferrell and Kim Kardashian.
But it was Brady himself who took his chance to get some shots in on some of pop culture’s biggest hitters at the end of the night, including at Kardashian herself.
The reality star had been met with a frosty reception during her time on stage, and Brady jumped at the opportunity to take a swipe at her and her former partner, quipping: “I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight. Not because of this, but because her kids are at home with their dad.”
Kardashian and West share four children together – North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm – and Kardashian was shown shaking her head with a wry smile in response to the jibe.
It led some on social media to predict that Kanye will not take the quip lightly, with some suggesting that it could provoke the kind of feud that has currently engulfed hip-hop between Drake and Kendrick Lamar.

Brady also took aim at Taylor Swift and her involvement with Kansas City Chiefs and their tight end Travis Kelce, who is in a high-profile relationship with Swift.
“Kansas City, you say your stadium is the loudest,” Brady said from the stage. “It helps when your fans are 14-year-old girls.”
“And in honour of TayTay, let’s take a look at the Chiefs Eras,” he added, referencing the name of Swift’s record-busting world tour. “Terrible for 50 years, good for five. Shake it off.”

Swift’s involvement with Kelce helped to boost this year’s Super Bowl viewing figures. The game between the Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers was watched by approximately 123.4million people in the US, making it the most-watched Super Bowl of all time, and the most-watched broadcast in US TV history since the 1969 moon landing.
