Alt-rock vets announce quick West Coast run kicking off in late February

The Flaming Lips will return to the street early subsequent 12 months with a brief run of West Coast dates.

The “An Night With” tour will reportedly discover the Flaming Lips taking part in two-hour units full of materials from all through their intensive catalog. The run will kick off with a pair of exhibits on the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver on Feb. 28 and March 1, adopted by dates in Las Vegas and California, wrapping on March 9 on the Arlington Theatre in Santa Barbara.

Tickets for the “An Night With” tour go on sale Dec. 9 at 10 a.m. native time, with a pre-sale going down Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. native time. Full data is accessible on the Flaming Lips’ web site.

Together with the “An Night With” tour, the Flaming Lips have introduced 4 spring exhibits to (belatedly) have fun the twentieth anniversary of their 2002 basic, Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots. That run — throughout which the band will carry out Yoshimi in its entirety — contains gigs in London, Chicago, and Washington D.C., in addition to a set on the Shaky Knees Pageant in Atlanta.
