Two days in the past, within the days main as much as The Sport Awards 2022, I wrote about how the wildly inconsistent vogue on the occasion was indicative of the business’s id disaster. Issues rapidly received out of hand.

Other publications wrote about the discourse, builders weighed in, and the lead-up to The Sport Awards turned much less about hypothesis over which recreation would win GOTY (spoilers: it was Elden Ring) and extra about whether or not or not Josef Fares would put on a skin-tight t-shirt once more (spoilers: he didn’t).
Finally, it looks as if my call-out labored. Quite a few individuals who attended the occasion advised me by way of DM that I shamed attendees into dressing higher.
