Analogue is back with another version of the Pocket handheld gaming device and this time it’s called the Transparent Edition. Just like the Glow in the Dark Edition that launched on September 1, the Transparent Edition of the Analogue Pocket will be extremely limited.
The company is only going to do one run of these which means unfortunately these are going to be highly sought after. And that’s going to make them much harder to get. You can however try your hand at securing one once these launch on September 29 for $249.99 each. Just like before they’ll be live for purchase promptly at 8am PDT. And chances are slim that stock will last long. So if you’re interested in buying one, make sure to be ready. That means being prepared to add it to your cart and check out immediately. And it’s highly recommended that you’re on the site prior to the 8am time.
You may even want to save your purchase information to the Analogue site so you have less steps between you and purchase finalization. This will give you the best chance at success.
The Analogue Pocket Transparent Edition comes in seven colors
If you grew up in the 90s then you might have a soft spot for transparent colored gadgets. There’s just something about them that adds a hint of nostalgia. And they’ve been making a bit of a resurgence these days. With the Analog Pocket there’s going to be seven different color options to choose from.
This includes Clear, Red, Smoke, Blue, Green, Orange, and Purple. Aside from these being a very limited device, the Transparent Edition Pocket does give off a cool aesthetic as you can see the internals. All the buttons match too which makes things even more visually pleasing. Analog says there is a limit of 2 per order and these will start shipping two weeks after the purchase date. So expect these to show up mid-October.
