Heather Dubrow and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, have just bought a new home in Beverly Hills for $16.1 million.

Less than a year after the Real Housewives of Orange County couple sold their 22,000-square-foot Newport Beach property for $55 million (the county’s third largest sale) and dropped $14 million on a Roberto Cavalli-designed penthouse in Century City, they are headed for a three-year renovation, which some believe will be chronicled on a new show.

“BREAKING NEWS ! Watch out Beverly Hills, The Dubrow dream house is officially underway!” Heather declared in an Instagram post shared on July 24. “Lots of house updates to come from Heather and ‘Just Terry’ … We are so excited to redo this legendary home.”

Heather then noted that it “should take about [three] years” for her and Terry to complete the home and hinted at a potential renovation series.

“Use the comments to let me know if you want to watch the process and what specifically you’re interested in!” she added, along with a Barbie-themed pic.

In another post shared on Instagram, by Housewives Addicted, photos of Heather and Terry’s new mansion were revealed.

“A new chateau Dubrow is in the works … Heather [and] Terry Dubrow recently snagged a home in Beverly Hills for $16.1 million … The 9,000 square foot estate sits on 8.2 acres and has incredible views of LA,” they wrote.

According to reports, Heather and Terry’s new home was most recently owned by late filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis. However, it has also been lived in by millionaire restauranteur/actor Steve Crane, a former husband of Lana Turner, and author Harold Robbins.

“It’s so exciting!” Heather told Entertainment Tonight on July 24. “We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic, Hollywood estate.”

Ironically, Heather and Terry’s new place is just a short drive away from the famed Beverly Hills Hotel, where the two of them got married in 1999.

“It will be like our diner,” Heather said of the hotel’s famous Polo Lounge.

“I’m a New Yorker, transplanted to L.A., dragged down to Orange County,” she previously said. “I’m just trying to migrate home… I’m gonna end up on [The Real Housewives of New York City]!”

“I feel really comfortable with what I’m doing right now,” she continued. “I’m really proud to be a part of Real Housewives, the franchise is amazing, the platform is incredible and, you know, it’s pop-culture history. It’s really cool and I’m grateful for it. How long will I do the show? I mean, probably as long as they’ll have me.”
