Teresa Giudice Slams Fans' Claim That Melissa Made Her Squirm at RHONJ Reunion, Says She "[Knows] the Truth" as Fan Says Melissa "Lit [Her] Up"

Teresa Giudice doesn’t agree with fans who think Melissa Gorga “won” their battle on the first installment of the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 reunion.

After a fan shared a clip of the episode on Twitter of Melissa accusing Teresa of failing to put Joe Gorga on her visitor list during her prison stint, claiming Teresa attempted to twist the narrative and stating that Melissa made her squirm, Teresa fought back against the suggestion while also reacting to a fan who said that Melissa “lit [her] up.”

“Where there’s smoke there’s fire and Melissa just lit you up!” the person stated in a tweet shared on May 31.

But according to Teresa, the viewer was lacking facts.

“I don’t feel that way, and I know the truth and you don’t lol,” Teresa clapped back.

In the RHONJ reunion clip shared, Melissa was seen responding to Teresa claiming Joe never visited her when she was behind bars by clarifying that he couldn’t do so because he wasn’t named on her list of approved visitors.

Melissa then said that Joe was only added to the list after it became beneficial to Teresa, who needed him to film for her 2015 special, Teresa Checks In.

In the caption of the clip, a Twitter user wrote, “I have never seen Melissa eat someone up at a reunion but tonight she left Teresa in pieces. When you speak facts to a person who always twists the narrative, they squirm.”

But again, in a post of her own, Teresa denied any such thing, suggesting the fan was seeing something others had not.

“Are you watching the same show? Lol,” she replied.

During an episode of her podcast, Namaste B$tches, last month, Teresa said she’s “so much more relaxed” now that season 13 has concluded.

“I got some stuff off my chest that I needed to get off my chest, and that’s it, and now [it’s] just a new beginning,” she said. “And that’s it, I put that in the past, and sometimes you have to close out chapters.”

As for season 14, Andy Cohen recently said the show is at a “crossroads.”

“There are several options. They’re both really popular,” Andy explained to Kelly Ripa of Teresa and Melissa on the May 31 episode of Let’s Talk Off Camera.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 reunion continues with part two next Tuesday, June 6, at 8/7c on Bravo.
