Tamra Judge is reflecting on the conversation she had with her co-star and on-again/off-again friend, Shannon Beador, that took place on The Real Housewives of Orange County’s second episode of season 17.

Tamra and Shannon have both relayed to the press that their friendship was able to make an unexpected comeback after hashing out their grievances and embarking on a “nasty” road to repair it.

RHOC viewers watched as Tamra and Shannon had their first one-on-one sit down last week, but apparently, much of their conversation ended up on the cutting room floor. This was much to the chagrin of the former gym owner, who asserted that her and Shannon’s interaction was much more heated and explosive than what was shown.

On the June 16 episode of her podcast, Two T’s in a Pod, co-hosted by Teddi Mellencamp, Teddi commented that she was “underwhelmed with the conversation [Tamra] and Shannon had at the restaurant.”

“Oh my God, so am I!” Tamra said in agreement. “I even sent a text message. I said, ‘Are you kidding me right now?’ That was like a 45-minute conversation, and it got heated, on both sides.”

“[There was] a lot [more] from me,” Tamra continued. “I was shouting out like, ‘This is what you’ve done, I need to set boundaries and this and that and that. When I needed you, you weren’t there for me. Like I was always there for you.”

Despite claiming that Shannon “ghosted” her for months after she was let go from RHOC two years ago, Tamra insisted that she’s “not a person that needs a lot of attention or help from my friends, but when I do, [Shannon] wasn’t there.”

“Like the whole conversation went on and on. And when I left, I left because I was mad. It wasn’t like it was [shown.]  Like, ‘Okay, bye now.’ It wasn’t like that—I actually got up and walked away. So, I was shocked, I was absolutely shocked, and I don’t understand it, but whatever,” Tamra stated.

Editing discrepancies aside, Shannon has admitted that Tamra’s RHOC comeback was a return to form for the reality star, noting she was “a great addition” for season 17 in spite of Tamra calling her an “alcoholic.”

“I mean, I missed her, I never wanted her to leave the show,” Shannon said alongside Tamra during an Instagram Live stream. “I would like to say on behalf of me and I think our entire cast, having Tamra come back this year was an absolute game changer for the show – you know you are, just, you are riveting TV. I’ll just put it that way.”
