Frank Catania Jr. is setting the record straight in regard to his past business relationship with Luis Ruelas.
Following rumors claiming mom Dolores Catania was feuding with Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star Teresa Giudice because of it, Frankie, who Dolores shares with ex-husband Frank Catania, reacted to the rumors, explaining why he really moved on to a different company.
“For those asking me if Dolores is upset with Teresa over little Frank. Absolutely false. Dolores and Teresa have zero issues and Frankie told us directly this was false,” All About the Real Housewives confirmed in an Instagram Story post shared on April 20.
Along with the fan page’s post, they included a screenshot of a conversation they had with Frankie after reaching out to him in regard to the rumor.
“Hi Frankie! Any truth to this?” they asked, along with a note that read, “Dolores [and] Teresa? Saw something about Frank Jr. working for Luis going bad?”
But in response, Frankie said there was no truth to the report.
“Absolutely not. Job was great, learned a bunch and ended up going to a bigger firm. Awesome experience,” he explained.
As RHONJ fans will recall, Luis has been accused of a number of shady business dealings in recent months, including a pizza oven endeavor with Joe Gorga, amid which he reportedly lost $250,000, and a business deal gone wrong with Dave Cantin, husband of Teresa’s friend and former castmate Dina Manzo.
However, during an episode of her podcast, Namaste B$tches, Teresa denied Dave and Luis were ever in business together.
They’ve never once had a business dealing. Dave’s in cars and Luis is in, um, marketing and advertising so they do different things,” Teresa explained. “Dave and Luis were never in business together, ever, ever, ever, that never happened. They’ve always just been best friends, really. There’s nothing there.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
