The Real Housewives of Miami’s Lisa Hochstein officially moved into a place amid her contentious divorce with Lenny Hochstein – who decided to sue the plant store she used while moving out, claiming the company took his plants and trees.

A rep for Jim Threlkel Botanicals, however, claimed they called the cops on Lenny after he “verbally berated” them and “blocked their vehicle” with his own car before the authorities ordered Lenny to leave the premises.

In an Instagram post shared by @Allabouttrh, Lisa revealed that she moved into the new place.

“Thanks @jimthrelkelbotanicals for helping me get situation in my new pad #newbeginnings,” wrote the star over a photo of herself in what appeared to be the new home.

Meanwhile, Threlkel Botanicals’ rep told TMZ: “On Monday, August 28th, Jeff Sophir, owner of Jim Threlkel Botanicals, was contacted by Lisa Hochstein, a long-term client and good friend, to relocate several interior botanicals from her current residence to a new property. During the scheduled relocation, Mr. Hochstein arrived at the property, verbally berated Jim Threlkel staff and blocked their vehicle with his car while threatening to contact local law enforcement.”

The rep went on to say, “Instead, Mr. Sophir contacted law enforcement and they were dispatched to the property. Mr. Hochstein was ordered to leave the premises and the botanicals in question were subsequently removed.”

The outlet also reported, however, that Lenny is suing the plant store, alleging they took his plants from the house.

Per the suit, Lenny claimed he spent thousands on plants in 2020 from Threlkel Botanicals, but they removed trees and plants from the mansion while Lisa moved out last month. He alleges this was trespassing and theft. According to Lenny, Jim was acting with “felonious intent and knew he was taking property he was not entitled to.”

Lenny is seeking to obtain the removed plants or get damages that purportedly amount to $50,000.
