The Real Housewives of Orange County season 17 reunion was filmed on Thursday in Los Angeles. And as expected, a series of updates and teasers were shared on social media amid the taping.
As Tamra Judge, 56, and host Andy Cohen, 55, shared videos on their Instagram Stories, with Tamra telling fans that the upcoming episodes will be “epic” and Andy reacting to the on-set drama and discussing the cast’s looks, Shannon Beador, 59, was seen in her glam and Emily Simpson, 47, was seen prepping.
“Getting reunion ready!!” Emily wrote in the caption of an Instagram Story on September 7, tagging members of her glam team as her hair was curled.
“Reunion,” Tamra said in a caption to one of her Instagram Story posts, which featured her seemingly arriving to the studio in a black hoodie and large sunglasses.
Once the taping began, Andy took to his own Instagram Story, where he shared details of some behind-the-scenes drama.
“Tamra has accused me of SnapChatting d*ck pics. Thats what’s happened at this reunion. I mean, how am I in this?” he wondered.
“Because I know that you have SnapChatted a d*ck pic or two in your life,” Tamra replied.
As RHOC fans will recall, d*ck pics sent by Ryan Boyajian, the boyfriend of new cast member Jennifer Pedranti, 46, were a hot topic throughout the season as Tamra alluded to his potential cheating.
“I’m not active on SnapChat. I’m really not,” Andy insisted as his chat with Tamra continued.
Then, in a second clip, Andy discussed the looks of the cast, saying, “The women on my left all have super straight hair. The women on my right all have super curly hair… pageant hair and there’s someone here who has like, 18 pounds of hair on top of their head.”
“Teresa hair,” Tamra agreed, giving a nod to Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, 51.
Heather Dubrow, 54, also weighed in, saying, “There’s a person here who looks like a person from another franchise.”
However, after Andy asked if she was referring to a “Jersey housewife,” Heather said she was actually referring to a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member. And she may have been signaling to Shannon.
“The woman next to you,” Andy told Tamra of Heather’s claim.

As seen in a post shared by the Queens of Bravo on Instagram, Shannon was seated beside Tamra, who, along with Heather, nabbed the coveted seats next to Andy.
To the right of Andy, after Tamra and Shannon, were Emily and Taylor Armstrong, 52. And on the left, beyond Heather, were Gina Kirschenheiter, 39, and Jennifer.
Following the taping, Shannon stepped out at Tao in Los Angeles.
In a post reshared from a member of her glam team, Beyonce sang, “It should cost a billion to look this good.”
Tamra also resurfaced on her Instagram Story after the taping as she attempted to take out her hair extensions.
“Oh my God, it’s almost 2 am in the morning and now I’m in the spare bathroom trying to remove all this hair. The reunion was pretty epic… It was a lot of fun,” she teased, adding, “[I’m] so tired.”
