Marlo Hampton took to her Twitter page on Sunday night amid the September 3 episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 15 reunion to shade Kenya Moore over her “fake” subpoena.
As Marlo, 47, suggested she was never served, Kenya, 52, fired back by accusing her castmate of calling her estranged husband, Marc Daly, to get dirt on her as Kandi Burruss, 47, defended her against a woman suggesting Kenya’s salon event wasn’t actually at her salon.

“Welp … Kandi said this is misinformation and that Kenya salon is STILL under construction and a second level is being built … and her Salon soft opening was not in that lobby shown in the video … Chile …” read a retweet Kenya shared from a viewer, who included a screenshot of Kandi’s statement against the allegations.
“She is wrong … giving out misinformation,” Kandi said of the woman’s message about Kenya’s salon event. “Kenya’s party was definitely in Kenya’s salon. Kenya says on the show tonight that she decided to put a second floor in her salon which I assume is the construction that is happening now. And as far as that lobby she’s showing in this video, there is a door from there that leads to Kenya’s salon but the party was not in that lobby.”
Kenya also shared a tweet from another fan who commented on Marlo and Marc.
“I hope Marlo didn’t call Marc to get some dirt on [Kenya Moore] because that’s low,” the person said. “Even if we aren’t cool, I wouldn’t go that far to make someone look bad through the thing that stings the most and causes me emotional/mental grief.”
“That’s exactly what I was told and more,” Kenya replied.
Kenya then shared a screenshot of the subpoena she insisted she served Marlo.
“You never win when you play dirty,” she wrote in the caption.
Meanwhile, on Marlo’s page, she retweeted a message from someone who pointed out that there was no “proof of service” when it came to Kenya’s subpoena, which was reportedly filed due to Marlo’s potential interaction with her ex.
“She posted nothing!” the retweet stated. “No proof of service. The document she posted didn’t even have a case number, hence why she marked it out with red.”
“Friend were [you] ever served? Why is the case line blank?” another person wondered as Marlo responded with an eyes emoji.
Marlo also posted a tweet of her own in which she took aim at Kenya’s performance at the reunion and slammed her “lack of story.”
“Looks like y’all fave fell flat tonight … from her outfit, to her tired reads, blank fake a** subpoena, [and] still not open salon … blaming production for her lack of story,” Marlo tweeted.
