Raquel Leviss has left treatment after a two-month stay at The Meadows in Arizona.
Following her months-long stint at the mental health facility, which began after she filmed March’s Vanderpump Rules reunion, which focused primarily on her affair with Tom Sandoval, the now-ex-boyfriend of her former best friend, Ariana Madix, Raquel has been dealt a six-figure bill as negotiations between her and Bravo continue in regard to season 11.
According to a report from TMZ on July 14, Raquel received intensive therapy at The Meadows and has a $200,000 bill to prove it.
The outlet also shared that Raquel left the facility, where she sought treatment for “mental health and trauma therapy,” about a week ago and has been staying with a friend ever since as she remains uneasy about going into public in the aftermath of “Scandoval.”
“She is like a totally different person,” a source who spent time with Raquel said.
Although Raquel initially wanted to enter treatment before the reunion was filmed, she ultimately chose to fulfill her commitment to the show and opened herself up to face the wrath of her castmates, all of whom were disgusted by her and Sandoval’s despicable betrayal of Ariana.
After her and Sandoval’s affair was exposed in March, Raquel came under fire not only for the secret romance but also for filing a restraining order against former friend Scheana Shay, who she accused of punching her after learning of the news during a trip to New York City.
And even after Raquel entered treatment, she was accused of lying about the encounter in an effort to gain sympathy.
“We obviously recognize mental health is an important issue and wish [Raquel] all the best in her recovery, but we’d also like her to own up to her false allegations and publicly come out and acknowledge that she lied,” Scheana’s lawyer said in a statement.
Throughout Raquel’s stay at The Meadows, many doubted she was actually there. In fact, two of her co-stars, Peter Madrigal and Dayna Kathan, suggested she was actually at a spa, which Sandoval denied.
“Dude, I’m gonna just tell you, Raquel is in a mental facility, no visitors, okay?” he stated to TMZ in April. “She’s there, whether she decides to tell you where that is after the fact, that’s where Raquel is, no visitors, no friends, no family, okay? No phone, no nothing.”
“Peter Madrigal and Dayna [Kathan], these people have absolutely no idea what’s going on,” he continued. “She’s in a mental health facility. I went to a resort, okay?”
After being faced with a six-figure bill for her stay at The Meadows, it’s no wonder Raquel is said to be “playing hardball” with Bravo ahead of her potential return to Pump Rules.
“She wants to get as much money as she possibly can so she is playing hardball,” an insider told Page Six earlier this week.
Vanderpump Rules season 11 is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
