Oliver Saunders is facing a child support case.
Months after the Vanderpump Rules star, and son of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Garcelle Beauvais, filed for divorce from Samantha Saunders, the mother of his 2-year-old son, Oliver Lucas Saunders Jr., he’s being accused of owing his estranged wife years worth of back support.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online on May 5, The State of Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (NDWSS) filed a case against Oliver in July 2022.
As Pump Rules fans may know, this was around the time Samantha accused Oliver of cheating on her with Raquel Leviss, who has since been caught having an affair with her now-ex-best-friend Ariana Madix‘s now-ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval, but two months before Oliver’s divorce filing, which was made in September 2022.
“During the said marriage, the tastes, mental disposition, views, likes, and dislikes of [Oliver] and [Samantha] have become so widely divergent that the parties have become incompatible in marriage to such an extent that it is impossible for them to live together as husband and wife and that the incompatibility between them is so great there is no possibility of reconciliation,” Oliver had written in his court documents.
But today, eight months later, Oliver and Samantha, who tied the knot on May 23, 2020, have yet to finalize their divorce. And, Oliver’s request for primary custody of Oliver Jr. has yet to be granted.
While no order for support has been decided upon, the NDWSS’ case against Oliver claims he owes Samantha back support from March 2020 to April 2023, a revision from their past filing, which suggested he owed only from January 2020 to July 2020.
“You are required to pay the arrearage/debt in full,” their filing stated.
After Oliver was seen making out with Raquel in Las Vegas on an episode of Pump Rules earlier this year, Samantha took to her Instagram Story to put him on blast.
“The fact that [people] think is cute and flaunting what they did is beyond painful! You know what you did!!! … Completely delusional! I deserve so much more respect than this!” Samantha exclaimed.
“I think the biggest part is our son will see how you handled this whole situation! You are setting an example of lying and cheating. No respect for your wife, kid [and] step kids! No apology! No remorse!” she added.
As for Garcelle, the RHOBH star weighed in as well, telling Entertainment Tonight, “Oh my God. My damn kids … When it became bigger than what Oliver did, I was like, ‘Whew. Thank God. It’s not about just him.’”
