Mauricio Umansky is sharing how he feels about country singer Morgan Wade, who has been romantically linked to his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, over the past several months of their reported separation.

After the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 53, was asked if Morgan, 28, would be supporting him in the ballroom amid his Dancing with the Stars stint, Mauricio applauded the country singer’s music and addressed a question about whether or not he’ll dance to it on season 32 as a new report confirmed his attempt to have a $35 million lawsuit against him thrown out.

According to a September 14 report from Radar Online, Mauricio filed court documents last month in Los Angeles, requesting the lawsuit be dismissed and stating that the statute of limitation had expired.

As RHOBH fans may recall, Mauricio was accused of tricking investor Sam Hakim and his real estate agent, Aitan Segal, by failing to present their $40 million offer to the seller of a mansion in Malibu — before purchasing the home with partner Mauricio Oberfeld for a lowball $32 million and later selling it for a $37 million profit.

In the lawsuit against him, which was filed in 2019, Mauricio was accused of fraud as the investor requested $35 million in damages, citing his own potential profit from the sale.

“Hakim and Segal now had reason to suspect Umansky had a conflict of interest and a reason for not sharing the $40 million offer with the Seller,” court documents stated at the time. “And they also had clearly available methods by which they could have learned whether the $40 million was actually conveyed to the Seller. Both Hakim and Segal knew the DOJ was ‘overseeing’ the sale of the property, but neither bothered to contact the DOJ to ask whether the $40 million offer had actually been conveyed.”

Prior to the sale of the home, the federal government seized the Malibu home from Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, who agreed to sell the home and use the proceeds to pay off his government fines and give the rest to charities.

In his own documents, Mauricio described their legal action against him as “barred.”

“This claim fails as a matter of law because it is barred by the statute of limitations,” he wrote. “Plaintiff’s request for a constructive trust fails because it improperly seeks a speculative windfall from the redevelopment of the Property.”

A hearing has been set for November to address the potential dismissal of the case.

In other RHOBH news, following dance practice on Thursday, Mauricio told a TMZ photographer he “absolutely cannot wait” to have Kyle supporting him in the ballroom, but he doesn’t know if Morgan will be joining her.

“Oh I don’t know they’re filming and doing all kinds of stuff so who knows?” he asked, giving a nod to the ladies’ recent trip to France, where they were allegedly caught enjoying an “intimate” coffee date.

“I love her … She’s great. I love her,” Mauricio continued as he was asked if he’d be dancing to any of Morgan’s songs on DWTS.

“I don’t think we’re doing any country are we?” he asked partner Emma Slater, 34, who told him they’ll “figure that out as we go.”

Although Mauricio acknowledged that Morgan has “so many great songs,” he couldn’t name any of them specifically. Instead, he said he has “other songs in [his] head.”
