Lisa Vanderpump is opening up about the season 10 reunion special of Vanderpump Rules.

While looking back at the March taping of the reportedly drama-filled event and addressing her potential return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa spoke of her Vanderpump Dogs Foundation, her upcoming visit to the White House, and the recent passing of Dancing With the Stars judge Len Goodman.

“The Vanderpump Dogs Foundation … We’ve actually rescued, domestically, about two-and-a-half thousand, three thousand dogs … and then more internationally,” Lisa revealed to Access Daily‘s Mario Lopez and guest co-host Jeannie Mai. “Our mission is to, well we went to Congress and we passed Resolution 401 to try to end the dog meat trade all over the world. But really the Vanderpump Dog Foundation has amazing people … that give so much of their time and we take on cases that other people wouldn’t.”

“We just try to save as many as we can and then find forever hopes,” she added.

As she prepares to travel to Washington, D.C. for the Correspondents’ Dinner, Lisa says she plans to have “a good time and put it on my resume that I was actually there.”

“Who knew a little girl from England comes to America [and] I’m at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner?” she asked. “I’m really looking forward to having a good time.”

Following the passing of Len earlier this week, Lisa shared a tribute to the iconic dancer on her Twitter page.

Lisa also spoke to fellow judge Bruno Tonioli.

“I spoke to Bruno actually, this morning,” she told Mario and Jeannie. “I think everybody’s devastated … I think I’m the only person that ever danced with Len Goodman.”

Looking back at their time together on DWTS, Lisa described Len as “very straightforward” and said he had a “great kindness about him.”

“I just love him and respect him so much and he really brought that kind of old, authenticity, you knew when he said something, he knew really what he was talking about. And Bruno, I think, when I spoke to him, was very upset,” she admitted.

Moving on to her possible return to RHOBH, Lisa said that during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live last month, Andy Cohen told her the door’s always open.

“But I’m opening two new restaurants this year. I’ve got Vanderpump Rules. I’ve got the dog foundation. I’ve got so many things going on and with the existing … I don’t think I would have time,” she reasoned. “And also, I don’t like many of them. I don’t want to get into that kind of punch-up every night. ”

Although Lisa has had her fair share of drama with Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, and other members of the cast, she said there are people on the show she enjoys — and a reason she should go back.

“[Garcelle Beauvais], I love her, and she actually came on Vanderpump Rules. So I probably should return the favor,” she explained. “I like her very much. And [Sutton Stracke], I think she’s really nice. And a couple of others I don’t know. But I know Lisa Rinna‘s gone so that may be a point in the right direction.”

Also during the interview, Lisa said that when it came to filming the Pump Rules reunion, the drama was prevalent from the start.

“It was very, very complicated because this group of people … are so inexplicably, authentically intertwined that when Scandoval kicked off, so many people had so many people opinions. So when we started the reunion, first, it was just too intense,” she reflected. “I said, ‘We’re not gonna get through five minutes. You need to sit down and we need to try to actually talk this through.’ But I understand. A lot of people felt that they’d been kind of lied to for so many months and had huge, huge opinions.”

Vanderpump Rules season 10 airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
