Lindsay Hubbard and Carle Radke have split.
Just weeks after Lindsay, 37, celebrated her bridal shower with her Summer House co-stars and months before they were set to tie the knot in a destination wedding in Mexico, insiders are sharing that she and Carl, 38, have called off their engagement.
“Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard have called off their engagement. The two were set to get married in November, but Carl told Lindsay he couldn’t move forward with the wedding,” multiple sources told Entertainment Tonight on August 31.
The split is also expected to play out on Bravo as the sources added, “The breakup was filmed and will most likely play out on the next season of Summer House.”
As Summer House fans likely saw, Lindsay enjoyed a garden-themed party at Cathédrale in New York City with her castmates, including Amanda Batula, 32, Ciara Miller, 27, Gabby Prescod, 32, Samantha Feher, 26, and Danielle Olivera, 34, and during the event, Carl made a surprise appearance, which she gushed over in a post shared to her Instagram page.
“Carlito showed up and surprised me at the end!” she captioned a slideshow of photos, which included Carl holding a bouquet of flowers as he arrived in a beige suit.
Lindsay and Carl announced their engagement in August 2022.
“I was so surprised, I’m still in shock!” Lindsay told PEOPLE at the time as Carl added, “It was quite the whirlwind throwing off Lindsay. She’s a tough one to catch off guard!”
And while Lindsay had previously put herself on a timeline for marriage and children, she confirmed after Carl’s proposal that she had a whole new outlook.
“I am very much of the mindset of, whichever way the universe wants to go with our timeline, I’ll follow,” Lindsay stated. “I threw my own timelines out the door, they do not exist. Whether a wedding or marriage comes first or a baby, it doesn’t matter. This is my life partner; we want all the same things together.”
Summer House season eight began filming in early July and is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year or in early 2024.
