Great fashion can be elegant and artistic, but sometimes it’s simply fun. This was the fashion angle the best-dressed men took last week. Without an overarching trend or strict dress code to control them, the best-dressed men opted for individualism, attending the Spiderman movie premiere, parties, and sporting events in personality-driven pieces.
The Looks
Leading the pack was Jaden Smith, who attended the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2024 fashion show in a metallic Louis Vuitton look. The second Smith sibling wore the blanc shiny monogram short parka with bootcut patchwork jeans. For shoes, he opted for a pair of Archlight 2.0 platform sneakers. He accessorized with the cream Malletage cat eye sunglasses and the Dauphine MM bag, details that added drama to the ensemble.
Similarly spectacular was the fit Los Angeles Football Club star, Kellyn Acosta wore to celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander heritage month. The soccer player chose to honor some designers of Asian-Pacific heritage by wearing a Sacai Official coat over a shirt by the same brand and a pair of above-the-knee culottes by Rhude. He completed the look with a pair of Undercover Lab derby shoes and a hat. A deceptively simple look that was one of last week’s standouts.
Elsewhere, Devin Haney gave us the green light to whip out the shorts. The American professional boxer styled it like a pro wearing a Louis Vuitton leather mix biker jacket over a black graphic t-shirt and a pair of Louis Vuitton denim carpenter shorts. He continued the hip streak with a pair of Chrome Hearts socks and Nike Air Force 1 sneakers and accessorized with Rick Owens gethsemane sunglasses which made the entire outfit look seamless.
