Lala Kent seems to think her former fiance, film producer, and director Randall Emmett, is destined to spend time behind bars.
On the heels of the release of the trailer for a new Hulu documentary, The Randall Scandal, which targets Randall’s alleged drug use, mistreatment of employees, and use of the n-word, the Vanderpump Rules star took to her Instagram Story, where she shared a post of a lock after reacting to the Bravo reality series receiving two Critics Choice Real TV Awards nominations.
“[Vanderpump Rules] is nominated in two categories,” Lala wrote in her May 15 post, tagging her co-stars, including Scheana Shay, Katie Maloney, Ariana Madix, and James Kennedy, as she confirmed the show was nominated for Best Unstructured Series and Best Ensemble Cast in an Unscripted Series.
In an additional post shared to her Instagram Story on Monday, which has since been reposted by Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram, Lala spoke out with a series of emoji.
“1. [Newspaper emoji] … 2. [Videocamera emoji] … 3. [Lock emoji],” she wrote.
And in a caption of their own, Bravo and Cocktails attempted to decipher what she was trying to say.
“Decoding Lala’s message. First the [L.A. Times] article. Next the Hulu documentary. And next locked up?” they wondered.
In the trailer for the Hulu doc, Lala’s mom, Lisa Burningham, and her brother, Easton Burningham, spoke out after she expressed concerns for the two-year-old daughter she shares with Randall, Ocean Kent Emmett.
“How could I not have been smarter? Like, I beat myself up daily. How is my daughter having to pay for my stupidity and me keeping my blinders on and not wanting to see red flags?” Lala asked.
Then, after Lala’s mom said she felt “very sad” to see Lala and Randall’s relationship play out the way it did, Easton stated, “I hate Randall Emmett.”
Prior to the release of The Randall Scandal trailer, Randall was allegedly targeted by an FBI investigation over potential child exploitation. However, after his ex-wife, Ambyr Childers, the mother of his two oldest daughters, mentioned the supposed case in a series of requests for restraining orders, both of her requests were denied.
The Vanderpump Rules season 10 finale airs this Wednesday, May 17, at 9/8c on Bravo.
