Kroy Biermann allegedly released Kim Zolciak’s bank statements in court after reportedly claiming she has a gambling problem and should undergo a psych evaluation amid their contentious divorce.
The Don’t Be Tardy couple is purportedly swimming in financial issues with their $1.1 million tax debt. Later, reports surfaced that Kim accused Kroy of smoking marijuana, and she claimed she was worried about their children’s well-being.
According to court documents shared by @thegoodthebadandthefake6, via @bravosnarkside on Instagram, Kroy released bank statements that allegedly show Kim’s gambling.
The documents allegedly show numerous crypto purchases, and one fan shared a theory in the comments.
“Rumor is that some online casinos accept crypto rather than [US dollars], and that allows them to bypass laws against online gambling,” wrote @simonstregis. “Could all these crypto purchases have been transferred to online casinos?”
Another fan speculated that the numerous “returned item fee[s]” were actually bounced checks.
A different user pointed out that Kim allegedly made a $720 purchase from a plastic surgeon, which shocked many fans, considering the couple’s reported financial struggles.
There also appeared to be an overdraft fee and mysterious purchases that can’t be verified.
In either case, the document seems to show that Kroy is fighting back after allegations were recently thrown at him. It’s too early to tell who will come out on top, though there are rarely any true ‘winners’ in a contentious divorce battle.
