Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann joined together on Sunday to attend church with their children, as a source claims the exes – who are now in the midst of a nasty divorce – are “determined” to stay “amicable” regarding the kids.
A new report also indicates that the Don’t Be Tardy couple is being slammed with another lawsuit (in addition to allegations of Target credit card debt and owing over $1 million in unpaid taxes).
Despite their contentious divorce, Kim and Kroy took their four minor kids to church last Sunday as a family, according to photographs via TMZ.
After worship, the couple went out to eat with the children, and some of the family members were seen smiling.

Meanwhile, a source told Us Weekly, “Despite everything Kim and Kroy are going through, they will always put their children’s needs above all else … That’s their No. 1 priority no matter what and what will help them coparent moving forward.”
The source continued, “Regardless of how they feel about each other, they’re determined to remain amicable when it comes to their kids.”
Kim and Kroy’s financial woes, however, are seemingly worsening. Per court docs via Radar, a civil suit was filed against the couple by Simmons Bank.
The lawsuit says the bank is claiming Kim and Kroy executed a $300,000 Home Equity Line of Credit through Landmark Community Bank, with an original maturity date of December 2016.
Per the suit, the couple allegedly modified the agreement in August 2017, which moved the date of maturity to December 2017. A year later, a second modification agreement was made, and the pair admitted that $271,788.61 was owed as the remaining principal balance.
The bank claimed Kim and Kroy agreed to pay $1,132.46 each month, and the final payment would be due January 24, 2038. Simmons alleged the pair defaulted under the note’s terms, failing to fulfill the monthly payments, as their last payment was in October 2022.
The couple was allegedly notified of their debt in May of this year, and now the bank is demanding the entire balance immediately due to this breach.
In April of this year, Simmons claimed Kim and Kroy owed $213,000 in addition to $1,700 in interest. Neither Kroy nor Kim has commented on the suit.
