In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode of Vanderpump Rules, Katie Maloney shared her suspicions about Tom Sandoval’s friendship with Raquel Leviss in a telling conversation with Lala Kent. When the scene was filmed, news hadn’t broken that Tom and Raquel had an affair amid his relationship with Ariana Madix.
In last week’s episode, Katie confronted Tom over a story that he was spotted with Raquel at The Abbey in the middle of the night without Ariana. During the tense convo, Tom shrugged off Katie’s insinuations and indicated they were just friends.
In the upcoming clip, shared by @bravotv on Instagram, Katie shared her suspicions with Lala, and she revealed she confronted Tom over his recent sighting with Raquel.
“That is weird. Who saw them … Ally [Lewber]?” asked Lala, referring to James Kennedy‘s girlfriend. Katie answered yes.
“I don’t want to say that Sandoval would ever cheat on Ariana, because I would have to kill him, but what grabbed my attention the most is just that Tom and Raquel were alone,” said Katie in a confessional. “I’ve been friends with Sandoval for years and I’ve never gone out with him alone dancing at 1 a.m.”
Katie reminded Lala of Raquel’s previous statement: She can’t “control what the f**k she does” when she’s had “one too many.”
One theory swirling around is that each cast member was aware of the affair before the scandal became public – as it was indeed an ‘open secret.’
According to the theory, the co-stars are now trying to save face, pretending they were in the dark. But as season 10 marches closer to the finish line, it seems more and more probable that the allegation is true.
