James Kennedy is the proud owner of a new home.
After sharing an apartment with girlfriend Ally Lewber, who he began dating in early 2022 following his split from Raquel Leviss, throughout Vanderpump Rules season 10, the DJ dropped $1.35 million on a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,327-square-foot home in Burbank, California.
According to a May 3 report from The U.S. Sun, real estate records have confirmed James purchased the property on March 15, just over a month after the newly-redesigned home was listed for sale.
Outside the home is a new roof, new windows, easy-to-maintain landscaping, and a long driveway, which leads to a detached garage.
Inside, stunning hardwood floors can be seen flowing from room to room.
Large windows are a theme in the home, which has been painted white.
In the custom kitchen is a new stainless steel appliance package and a beige tiled backsplash.
The main bedroom features not only its own bathroom but also access to the backyard.
Both bathrooms of the home are custom-built with gorgeous tiling, double sinks and mirrors, and wood vanities.
The bathrooms also feature black hardware.
The third bedroom can be used as an office. Or in James’ case, a room for his DJ equipment.
In the home’s backyard is an in-ground pool, a covered patio area with a BBQ, and plenty of additional paved space.
While James was accused of moving on from Raquel too quickly, he addressed the speculation earlier this year on Pump Rules, saying that you can’t “put a f-cking date on love.”
“I met Ally about five or six weeks after Raquel, and I broke up. A lot of people want to say that’s really soon but you can’t put a f-cking date on love,” he declared. “I’m not even that guy that would like, just get a girlfriend for the f-ck of it, like, live with a girl, unless I’m f-cking obsessed, you know what I mean?”
Vanderpump Rules season 10 airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
