Teresa Giudice has been facing rumors of a potential demotion throughout the first couple weeks of filming on The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14. But are those reports true?
As allegations continue to swirl surrounding the new episodes’ cast, sources are confirming Teresa’s status on the series and teasing Jennifer Fessler‘s potential role on the show as she seemingly addresses ongoing rumors about her possible feud with longtime friend Margaret Josephs, 56, and meets with an emotional Rachel Fuda, 32.
“When your bestie takes you shopping and thinks you’re Sarah Jessica Parker. Or [Margaret Josephs or Leah Halpern],” Jennifer, 53, wrote in the caption of an Instagram Story photo that featured her and her friend in a clothing boutique, appearing to shut down reports of tension between her and Margaret.
Jennifer’s post came just days after she and Rachel were seen sitting down for a lunch date in which Rachel wiped tears from her eyes.
According to an August 28 report from All About the Real Housewives, Rachel was also emotional weeks prior after Jennifer left Joe Gorga‘s birthday early following a supposed spat with her castmates, including Margaret, who were said to have gotten upset about something she had said.
Although no specifics were shared, Jennifer allegedly said something about Rachel, who later cried about someone in her life that had “changed.”
Another recently filmed outing took place at Jennifer Aydin‘s house, where she and co-stars, including Jennifer Fessler, Dolores Catania, 52, and Jackie Goldschnider, 46, celebrated the first birthday of her dog Biscuit.
As for the season 14 roles of Teresa, 51, and Jennifer, All About the Real Housewives shared that Teresa is “NOT” being demoted to a “friend” role and confirmed Jennifer would have a “much larger” role in the new season than she did last year; she could even be upgraded to a full-time position, although that won’t be determined until later in this season.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2024.
