John Fuda and Paul “Paulie” Connell are back on good terms after suffering a falling out amid filming on RHONJ season 14.
According to a new report, the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars made amends on Saturday while attending Joe Gorga‘s birthday at the Jersey Shore after butting heads just days prior at Jennifer Fessler’s surprise 53rd birthday party, which Paulie and Dolores Catania, 52, made an early exit from.
“John was getting very aggravated with the fact that Paul is friends with [Luis Ruelas] but Paul isn’t the type who is going to take sides or be told who he can and can’t be friends with,” an insider explained to All About the Real Housewives on August 21. “Paulie was trying to have a logical conversation with John Fuda but John wasn’t having it. A lot of people thought it was funny that these two were disagreeing about a man who wasn’t even at the party.”
According to the report, the RHONJ cast was “shocked” that Luis wasn’t present at Jennifer’s birthday party, which was filmed for season 14 and attended by his wife, Teresa Giudice, 51, even though he had a work commitment at the time.
“When Dolores left, you see Jennifer and Teresa run outside and call Dolores to see what happened. Dolores seemed over it and just wanted to go home because she couldn’t believe that John Fuda was making this a thing,” the source continued.
While John and Paulie didn’t interact at all at a celebration for Danielle Cabral’s husband Nate on Friday night, the following day, as they celebrated Joe, they were able to get to a better place.
“Paulie let it be known that he isn’t picking sides and is going to be friends with everyone. John Fuda seemed to accept that and they both moved forward and ended off the night [on] a good note,” an insider confirmed.

Amid the drama between John and Paul, Teresa took to her Instagram page, where she gave a shoutout to Dolores along with a series of photos of the two of them.
“A true friend is a treasure that’s hard to find,” she wrote in the caption of her August 18 post.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2024.
