You’d typically find me galivanting around Copenhagen this time of year. However, as I write this, I’m snuggled up in bed in Los Angeles instead of attending the Danish capital city’s fashion week. Talk about FOMO. However, I’ve been studiously following along from afar, taking notes on all the recurring themes on the runways. (And already planning my outfits for next season!)
For starters, a quartet of brands were on the same page when it came to the best denim trend of the season. Munthe, Gestuz, Marimekko, and Helmstedt all showed different interpretations of what I’m simply calling “fun jeans.” Translation: denim adorned with sequins, crystals, floral prints, or patchwork detailing. Scroll down to see and shop the top five trends of Copenhagen Fashion Week’s fall/winter 2024 season.
