Call of Duty has had its fair share of collaborations over the years, and its most recent looks to be with Prime Video‘s hit series The Boys. The announcement was made this morning via a teaser trailer on the official The Boys Twitter account.

The collaboration appears to be part of the mid-season update for season 4, which should be dropping this week on July 12. It’ll feature three characters from the show as operators, likely part of a bundle that players can buy in the shop. Similar to the bundle that was offered for the Shredder operator skin that was available during season 2 reloaded update back in March.

It isn’t clear how much the bundles will cost (if anything) but chances are they’ll be 2,400 CoD points. As for the operator skins, players will get to pick from three of the show’s main characters. Homelander, Starlight, and Black Noir.

Call of Duty The Boys collab bundles likely aren’t all available July 12

There’s a chance Activision drops all three operator bundles on the same day. And if they’re part of the season 4 reloaded update, then that should be July 12. However, other themed bundles have been split up. The Messi, Pogba, and Neymar Jr bundles for example were all released at different times.

So it’s possible the same thing will happen here. If that’s the case, players may want to save up some CoD points to snag their favorite character from the show. Assuming it happens to be one of these three. As with any other operator bundle, expect some extra goodies. Bigger ones like these tend to include more than a few items. Including stickers, charms, and tracker pack blueprints for weapons.

Having said that there’s no guarantee of what will be in each bundle. Since Activision hasn’t officially shown them off yet.
