He and the E Street Band previously postponed all September dates while he is in treatment

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band have announced that all remaining 2023 tour dates will be postponed to next year. Springsteen has been in treatment for peptic ulcer disease the last few weeks.

Springsteen posted on Instagram Wednesday morning announcing that all remaining shows will be pushed back another year following advice from his doctors. He is continuing treatment for the disease that began in early September. Previously he and the E Street Band pushed back only their September dates of the tour due to his diagnosis.

According to the statement, all tickets will be honored for the soon-to-be-announced dates, though refund will be available to those who cannot make the newly scheduled shows will have 30 days to request a refund.

“Thanks to all my friends and fans for your good wishes, encouragement, and support. I’m on the mend and can’t wait to see you all next year,” Springsteen offered in the post.

Springsteen and The E Street Band have had a rocky year on the road. Covid swept through the band soon after tour kicked off, leading many to miss dates. More members were struck with “illness” in March leading to postponed shows.
