Brielle Biermann is Sued by American Express Over Unpaid Credit Card as Amount is Revealed, Plus Her Rep Speaks Amid Family’s Financial Woes

Brielle Biermann is reportedly getting sued over her credit card debt with American Express amid her mom Kim and dad Kroy’s financial woes.

Kim, who was featured on Bravo’s Don’t Be Tardy with her husband and children, was recently attempting to sell Brielle’s designer bags on Instagram, assumedly to help pay off her own tax debt.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Brielle owes $12,870.25 in credit card debt to American Express.

The influencer was reportedly falling behind on monthly minimum payments, which was $1,381.88 per the complaint. This number includes an amount of $896.62, which was past due.

The Bravo alum failed to make the latest payment required on June 27, and the credit card company is currently asking for the entire amount in addition to court costs.

The star’s representative, however, told the outlet that her debt will be “paid by” Wednesday.

News of Brielle’s credit card problems came on the heels of multiple reports that her parents are attempting to work through their marital issues, which allegedly were caused by their financial struggles.

A source told Us Weekly in May, “Kim’s friends were shocked to find out that she and Kroy had marital issues and were getting a divorce … It was something she really kept hidden, even from her inner circle of friends.”

The insider alleged that Kim’s closest friends “only found out about it from the news … It’s heartbreaking for them because [their pals] truly believed Kim and Kroy had something really special and would last forever.”
