Below Deck: Mediterranean star Katie Flood hosted an “Ask Me a Question” session on earlier this week, where she responded to a question regarding a potential hookup with Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval.
Just over a month after production wrapped on Winter House season three, which was filmed in Colorado and expected to include Sandoval’s longtime friend, co-star, and business partner, Tom Schwartz, Katie offered a humorous reaction to her fan’s inquiry.
“Did you hook up with Tom Sandoval?” the person had asked.
“This is the winner, I actually couldn’t stop laughing at this,” Katie replied, as seen in a screenshot shared by Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram. “Honestly the entertainment today has been wild. I love you all.”
While Sandoval and Schwartz were expected to travel to Colorado to film the third installment of Winter House earlier this year, his shocking affair with Raquel Leviss, which went on for months behind the back of his girlfriend of nearly 10 years, Ariana Madix, reportedly threw a wrench into those plans.
“Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz were anticipated to film for season 3 of Winter House, but will now miss filming due to the Vanderpump Rules saga. The Winter House cast is heading to Colorado this weekend, but now that cameras are back up for VPR, the Tom’s will be filming for that,” a source explained to Entertainment Tonight in March.
“There is a possibility the duo could go to Colorado later, and come in near the end of the Winter House season. Producers are now reaching out to some of the previous Winter House cast to see if they can join, and asking part-time people to now be full-time,” the source continued.
But ultimately, despite Schwartz being photographed in the area, Sandoval never seemed to have made the trip.
So, when it comes to a potential hookup with Katie, Sandoval was not the Tom in question. Instead, as Bravo and Cocktails pointed out, “It was Schwartz allegedly on Winter House.”
