Andy Cohen revealed Melissa Gorga sent a seemingly “two-thousand word text” to him after the shocking BravoCon incident with husband Joe Gorga and Real Housewives of New Jersey castmate Jennifer Aydin.

According to Andy, he responded that he was “disengaging” from it.

The drama began at a BravoCon hotel, where Joe reportedly screamed at Jennifer to “shut the f**k up,” calling her a “dirty b**ch” while his wife labeled her a “loser.” In response, Jennifer threw her water cup. After the incident, Jennifer suggested the couple acted this way because they knew she was not accompanied by her husband, Bill Aydin. Throughout the years, Melissa has been accused of excusing Joe’s behavior and spinning the narrative in her own favor.

In an excerpt from Andy’s new book, The Daddy Diaries: The Year I Grew Up, he discussed the aftermath of the BravoCon drama.

“Melissa sent what felt like a two-thousand word text responding to me saying on ET that the drink-toss hotel lobby fight at BravoCon the other night was ‘gross,’” wrote Andy, via @allrhonjfacts on Instagram.

He went on to say, “And I texted back, ‘I’m disengaging from your lobby fight.’” That night, after responding to Melissa’s text, Andy “took an Ambient, and went to bed. Daddy is Bravo-done.”

Jennifer explained her side of the story in an October 17 Instagram post.

“I was alone, I was vulnerable, and [Joe] took [advantage] of that. I know if I was with Bill she wouldn’t have opened her mouth or said a f-cking word,” wrote the star. “I felt threatened and attacked and I defended myself.”
