Andy Cohen is speaking out about his potential hookups with Bravolebrities
After naming Amir Lancaster from Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard as the “hottest guy” on Bravo, the Watch What Happens Live host revealed if he’s ever had a sexual encounter with a network star as Amir reacted to his compliment.
“I think Amir from Summer House is really handsome,” Andy admitted to Showbiz Cheat Sheet. And after the same outlet reached out to Amir, he expressed his hopes for a future friendship with the longtime Bravo executive.
“Hopefully, this means I’ve earned a spot in the Bravo family and a seat at Andy’s dinner table next time I’m in New York!” he said.
As fans of Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard may have seen, Amir was featured on WWHL weeks ago, where he partook in a “Pillow Talk” game with Andy, revealing that he is a “big butt guy” who likes being the “big spoon” during cuddle sessions.
During the same episode, Amir, who flirted with a number of the ladies on Summer House, staged an apology to Andy that had him swooning.
“Andy, I am so sorry that we haven’t met sooner. And we’ll never be separated again,” Amir declared as he held Andy’s hands and gazed into his eyes.
In other Andy Cohen news, he appeared on Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp‘s podcast last month, where he addressed his close friendship with John Mayer — and a rumor suggesting he hooked up with the singer and Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay.
“Has there ever been a moment [with John] where you are like ‘we could cross that line’ because people — they do ask. People think — there’s a rumor out there that you and John and Scheana have hooked up,” Teddi revealed on Two Ts in a Pod, via Heavy.
“We have not,” Andy confirmed. “I haven’t hooked up with anyone on Bravo.”
Although Andy and John have known each other for “maybe 12, 13 years,” according to Andy, he insisted the two of them have never had a sexual rendezvous and confirmed their relationship will remain platonic.
“We’re not crossing the line,” he said.
At the end of last year, while appearing on iHeartMedia and Air Mail’s Table for Two with Bruce Bozzi podcast, Andy admitted that while John is straight, he’s out of the ordinary.
“John Mayer is someone who is very in touch with his emotions too,” Andy explained. “He very quickly in our friendship started saying, ‘You know what, I gotta tell you something, I love you.’ He is someone to say, ‘I love you, and I cherish you, and I cherish our friendship’ – just this stuff that straight guys just aren’t necessarily supposed to say.”
While John hasn’t hooked up with Andy, Scheana revealed on The Flashbacks podcast in August 2020 that she and the singer were involved in a months-long “throuple” with Hills cast member Stacie Hall.
