Andy Cohen reflected on the Vanderpump Rules reunion during the latest episode of his Radio Andy talk show.
After first admitting that it seems “highly unlikely” that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star Luis Ruelas didn’t hire Bo Dietl to investigate his castmates, the Watch What Happens Live host revealed if he has regrets about the Pump Rules reunion, revealed what was cut, and confirmed if he’s seen the NSFW video Raquel Leviss made with Tom Sandoval.
“I think it is really a very bizarre thing to suddenly announce to a group that, ‘I used this man to get information on all of you,’ and then [Luis] repeated it the following day not in the heat of the moment, and now he’s saying he just made it up because it was the first thing that came to his head? That seems really highly unlikely,” Andy admitted on the June 13 episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live.
“It’s very odd,” he added.
Then, during another moment of Andy Cohen Live, Andy answered a question about whether or not he regrets having had the whole Pump Rules cast on set when Raquel came out.
“No, I don’t because… One of the reasons that I really wanted to do one-on-ones with Raquel and Tom and Ariana was I did not know how long Raquel would last on set,” he explained. “But she sat there and really took it all.”
Although Andy previously suggested Raquel seemed “really medicated” during the taping, he changed his tune on his talk show, saying that it “was maybe wrong of me to speculate” as his co-host noted that it would have been “understandable” if Raquel did medicate herself ahead of filming.
“Well, exactly, and she took it all on the chin like a champ, and those people all had stuff to say to her, and they were relentless, and she just sat there and took it, so I didn’t know that she would be able to, which is probably why I hypothesized because, to me, given my years of experience in these forums, I would’ve thought that she would’ve walked off way sooner and maybe walked into her car never to having been seen again,” Andy shared.
As for the infamous video of Raquel and Sandoval on FaceTime, Andy said he does “know what was on it” but confirmed he has not seen it.
Also, in the episode, Andy said that although he questioned Raquel about the BFF speech she made amid the cast’s glamping trip at the reunion, the moment was cut from the final edit.
“I asked her in my one-on-one, and I asked her when we were all there, and I asked Ariana about it… It didn’t make the cut,” he stated, also teasing, “There was so much there.”
