Monitor will seem alongside beforehand launched covers “Atypical World” and “Mad Concerning the Boy” on upcoming album Excessive Drama

Bonnie Tyler’s basic 1984 single “Holding Out for a Hero” has acquired a glam-rock revival courtesy of Adam Lambert, who recorded his personal reimagined rendition of the monitor for his upcoming studio album Excessive Drama, out Feb. 24.

Produced by Andrew Wells, Lambert’s “Holding Out for a Hero” options the electrical rock strategy he usually takes whereas on tour as the present frontman of Queen: guitar-heavy and arena-ready.

Tyler is the newest artist to be coated for Excessive Drama, the brand new single arriving on the heels of a stripped-back rendition of Duran Duran’s “Atypical World” and a beforehand launched model of Noel Coward’s “Mad Concerning the Boy.”

Over the course of the album’s 11-song tracklist, Lambert will attempt on hits from Billie Eilish, Sia, Lana Del Rey, Kings of Leon, and extra.
