A former porn actress has filed a lawsuit accusing Diddy of sex trafficking.

Adria English alleged that Diddy, real name Sean Combs, forced her to have sex with a guest at a party in 2007, and claimed that the rap mogul also demanded that she have sex with guests at other parties he held in New York and Florida.

In her lawsuit, which was filed on Wednesday (July 3), it was alleged that he threatened to wreck both her career and the career of her boyfriend if she didn’t agree to have sex.

According to the Los Angeles Times, English’s 114-page lawsuit makes over 30 allegations, including against the man she was allegedly forced to have sex with, as well as a woman who it is claimed facilitated the sex trafficking.

Combs’ lawyer said in a statement to TMZ: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof.

“Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”

Sources told NBC News that, last week, federal authorities informed Combs’ legal team that he’s the subject in a criminal investigation. However, it’s not been reported what the criminal investigation relates to specifically.

Combs is currently facing a number of lawsuits that have been filed over the last year, with the latest claims following a video shared in May that saw him appear to attack his ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie. Following the video going viral online, Howard University stripped Diddy of his honorary degree.

In November, Cassie filed a lawsuit against him on allegations of physical and sexual abuse, which Diddy denied. They then settled the lawsuit “to mutual satisfaction” a day after it was filed.

Meanwhile, the mother of late rap legend The Notorious B.I.G. – who worked closely with Diddy throughout his career – said in May that she wanted to “slap the daylights” out of him.
