Lisa Hochstein has just moved into a condo in Miami worth nearly $12 million.
After vacating the $52 million Star Island mansion she shared with her soon-to-be-ex-husband Lenny Hochstein, 57, the Real Housewives of Miami star, 41, relocated to a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom apartment on Miami’s popular Collins Avenue.
According to a listing for the property, Lisa’s new pad boasts 5,586 square feet and is located in a building with a pool and tons of amenities, including an exercise room, beach service, and valet parking. And, according to Page Six, it is being rented for $32,000 per month.
Throughout the home, which is located just a short walk away from the beach, are white tile floors and floor-to-ceiling windows, which bring in plenty of Florida sun.
The main areas of the home, including the living room, kitchen, and dining room, have an open-floor concept and are lined on one side by a furnished balcony.
The kitchen is particularly modern, with sleek white cabinetry, minimalistic countertops, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.
In the dining room, which, like the rest of the home, boasts a 10-foot ceiling, has room for a large table and access to the balcony.
Lisa has her choice of bedrooms in the home, all of which are quite large and boast views — and one of whom is located on the corner of the condo with large windows and sliding doors on two sides.
In addition to the five bedrooms, a large closet can be found in the condo.
Lisa will also enjoy an exquisite master bathroom, which features a neutral wall and floor palette and dark cabinetry.
Another bedroom has an abstract art feature and a bathroom of its own.
A third bedroom has plenty of room for a king bed and additional furniture.
In one of the hallways of the home, which seems to be located off the master suite bathroom, a mirrored dry bar is seen, as well as tons of storage cabinets.
Outside of her living space is a long balcony with a clear railing and views of the street and palm trees below.
While Lisa no longer has her own pool, she does have access to the community pool designated for her condo building, which is beautifully landscaped and studded with lounge chairs.
Following the move, Lenny, who is believed to be paying up to $17,000 towards the residence, submitted a notice of intent to subpoena the condo’s management team for “full inventories” of the apartment’s “appliances, artwork, furniture, and more, as he believes she rented the condo fully furnished,” per Page Six, and did the same to the moving company she used.
As RHOM fans may have seen, Lenny moved his fiancé, model Katharina Nahlik, 28, into his Star Island home immediately after Lisa moved out — despite remaining tensions over their divorce.
As for Lisa, she’s been happily dating tech entrepreneur Jody Glidden since late 2022.
“[He] has empathy, he cares,” Lisa told Entertainment Tonight of their romance in March. “[He] wants to motivate me to do better, be my best. So, it’s a lot of things that I’m not used to dealing with or used to having from my previous relationship.”
Lisa and Lenny share two children: son Logan, 8, and daughter Elle, 3.
The Real Housewives of Miami season six is expected to premiere on Bravo and begin streaming on Peacock sometime later this year.
