This week was a big week for the daughters of Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice.
Months after the cousins celebrated their proms, Antonia Gorga and Gabriella Giudice, both 18, ventured off to their respective colleges, the University of Delaware and the University of Michigan, as their Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member parents chronicled their journeys on social media.
“Gabriella, Today begins your incredible journey here at University of Michigan,” Gabriella’s stepdad, Luis Ruelas, 48, wrote in his August 24 post, which included a slideshow of photos and videos taken during his and Teresa’s visit to Ann Arbor, Michigan.
“Words cannot express how proud we all are of you. You are not only smart and creative, but also loving and so thoughtful. Today, as you start your freshman year at the University of Michigan pursuing your dreams in Finance & walking into this new Journey my heart swells with JOY & HAPPINESS for you … Remember, no matter where life’s journey takes you, your family always stands by your side, cheering you on every step of the way!! We believe in you Gabriella wholeheartedly!! Nothing means more to us than seeing you happy … We cannot wait to witness all the incredible things you will undoubtedly achieve!”
“Love you Gabriella,” he added.
Meanwhile, in a series of photos shared on Melissa’s Instagram page, she gave her fans and followers a look insideher daughter Antonia’s college dorm as she and her husband, Joe Gorga, dropped her off at the University of Delaware.
In before and after photos of the room, which featured white fuzzy comforters on Antonia and her roommate’s beds, neon signs on the wall, and two tall storage cabinets, Antonia was seen smiling with her roommate, Jayci, beside her.
Melissa also shared a solo shot of Antonia, which featured a couple of pieces of artwork on her wall.
As RHONJ fans may have seen, Antonia celebrated her 18th birthday with a family brunch earlier this month, during which her dad, Joe, offered a sweet tribute on his Instagram page.
“Where did the time go … I can’t believe you are 18. You have made me so proud. I love you so much,” he wrote.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14 is currently in production and expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2024.
