Did Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge, 55, have a falling out over something that was done to hurt one of her children?

During a recent interview, the Real Housewives of Orange County star, 54, alluded to just that while admitting to being “blindsided” by her issues with “almost everyone” on the cast and sharing why people’s use of Ozempic is nobody’s business.

“I’m over this whole Ozempic-shaming thing, and I’m also over people asking, ‘Are you on Ozempic?’” Heather told Us Weekly on August 9. “Would you ask someone, ‘Are you on a beta-blocker? Cholesterol? What are your statins? What’s that looking like?’ It’s private medical information. I don’t think it’s anyone’s business.”

According to Heather, she believes Ozempic is reminiscent of Botox.

“I remember, I think [Dr. Terry Dubrow] and I had been married, like, a year or two, and InStyle magazine interviewed me and they said, ‘What’s the strangest thing you have in your refrigerator?’ And I said, ‘Botox.’ And everyone was like, ‘[Dramatic gasp.] She said, Botox.’ And I was like, ‘Hey, I am married to a plastic surgeon and I get injected every couple of months. It’s good.’ And now, you know, you can’t spit in New York City and not hit a Botox center on a street corner. I mean, it’s everywhere,” she explained. “[And] I feel like these miracle weight loss drugs are gonna end up being the same thing.”

As RHOC fans well know, Emily Simpson, 47, recently confirmed her use of the drug, saying she began using it at the end of last year to jumpstart her weight loss — and insisting she went off of it about a month later.

But while Heather likened the diabetes medication to Botox, Terry, 64, said otherwise.

“These Ozempic-type drugs aren’t the new Botox. They’re better. They’re Botox, liposuction, breast augmentation, facelifts,” he previously told Us Weekly. “Put it all together, and you’ve got a drug that’s not only making people look better and feel better, it’s treating the No. 1 risk factor for heart disease, diabetes and cancer. So, this is an incredibly powerful positive thing that is truly the most significant, I think, medical breakthrough in history.”

In another interview, Heather noted that RHOC saw a franchise first with Taylor Armstrong crossing over from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“She definitely engaged,” Heather noted to Jezebel, seemingly signaling to their movie role drama earlier this season.

Heather then said that season 17 “ended in a place that I’ve never ended a show before.”

“It wasn’t great,” she continued. “I had issues with almost everyone. I really feel like for a while I was on an apology tour. I also feel like I was sort of blindsided by it. I really felt maybe for the first half of the season that I was just kind of going along, doing my thing, whatever, and the all the sudden, things turned that I didn’t see coming at all.”

Perhaps the most surprising drama of the season was the fact that Heather didn’t “end well” with Tamra.

Although Heather went on to say that she and Tamra are currently “[texting] each other,” she suggested that a future friendship may be hopeless, teasing that one of her kids may be involved.

“We’ve spoken and there’s definitely a lot to work out. The only thing that would render a friendship hopeless to me is if someone did something to hurt one of my children,” she stated, cryptically adding, “[So] I guess [you’re] just gonna have to watch.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 17 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
