Kim Zolciak has fans concerned after looking extra thin in a recently shared photo.
Earlier this week, just after the Real Housewives of Atlanta star was seen with her husband, Kroy Biermann, and their four kids, Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, and Kash, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, at church, Kim celebrated the Fourth of July with friends as an insider revealed that despite their reconciliation, she and Kroy aren’t out of the woods yet.
“They’re getting along so [Kim] called it off,” a source told Us Weekly on July 7. “Tomorrow might be different.”
According to the insider, Kim and Kroy decided to give their marriage a second chance for the sake of their kids.
“They are doing the best for their kids,” the source explained, noting that although the couple, who also shares Brielle Biermann, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 21, who Kroy adopted in 2013, is “getting along at the moment,” “Lord only knows what will happen” in the future.
In the days leading up to Kim and Kroy’s sudden reconciliation, another insider said that although their breakup was quite messy, with claims of abuse, drug use, a gambling addiction, and a kidnapping, they were “determined to remain amicable” for their children.
“Despite everything Kim and Kroy are going through, they will always put their children’s needs above all else,” a source told Us Weekly. “That’s their No. 1 priority no matter what and what will help them co-parent moving forward.”
As for the alarming image of Kim, that was shared on Instagram by Married to Medicine star Anila Sajja.
And following the posting, the photo was met with several comments from concerned fans.
“Kim doesn’t look well. Y’all make sure your friend is eating and sleeping,” one person stated.
“I know … I was like is that Kim?” another replied.
Someone else shared a gif that read, “Are you hungry?”
Then, as others said, “Kim Zolciak looks rough” and “Kim looks bad,” an additional fan asked, Is that Kim??? Oh my, I hope she’s okay.”
