RHONJ: John Fuda's Ex Brittany Malsch Denies Being Contacted by Luis Ruelas or His People, Slams John's "Petty" Claims and Calls Ordeal "Completely Absurd," Plus Says She Has "Dirt""

John Fuda‘s ex-girlfriend, Brittany Malsch, the mother of his 16-year-old son Jaiden, is fighting back against claims that Luis Ruelas hired Bo Dietl to investigate the Fuda family.

After watching as Rachel said on the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion that Brittany, who was not named on the episode, was contacted “because of” Teresa Giudice‘s husband and that he “had somebody track her down,” Brittany spoke out from the halfway house where she’s serving time following her latest arrest.

“This whole Luis contacting me accusation is completely absurd!” Brittany confirmed during a June 16 interview with The U.S. Sun. “It just goes to show how delusional these people are. I was never, ever contacted by Luis or his people.”

“I’m astonished by the entire situation – it’s so petty,” she continued of John’s reunion behavior. “This is typical of John. He used to do things like this all the time, and it was so embarrassing!”

“I was watching them argue about the whole thing on the reunion, and I had to ask myself, ‘Is this real life? I think it’s a joke. It can’t be for real,’” Brittany, who split from John in 2009, added, noting that she has “dirt” on her ex that no one knows about.

“If I had spoken to Luis, I would’ve given him an earful if he wanted some dirt. Clearly, that wasn’t how this went down,” she admitted.

On the RHONJ reunion, Rachel said “someone very close” to her told her Luis was behind the alleged investigation, as John pointed out that research has to be done before anyone can contact those serving time.

“You can’t just contact somebody in prison. Those people happen to use a number to look up people in the system,” John explained. “That number was traced back to the people Bo [Dietl] knew… Stop your bullsh-t.”

But even Bo has called the accusations “such bullsh-t.”

In his own interview with The U.S. Sun, he said, “To me, it’s not a positive thing when people throw my name around… Thank you for the compliment, but don’t throw my name around.”

As RHONJ fans may know, Brittany previously alleged that John has prevented her from seeing Jaiden.

“I’ve tried to get in touch with my son, but John won’t let me,” she claimed. “Since I’ve gone to prison, John has prevented me from speaking and seeing him whatsoever. This was not my choice.”

She even said that Rachel’s adoption story was a “pathetic storyline.”

“I never received an adoption request. I never heard anything about it,” Brittany stated.

However, as Rachel revealed weeks ago, she successfully adopted Jaiden this year.

“[Brittany] tried to reach out to him directly, and he wants nothing to do with her,” Rachel claimed at the time.

In response, Brittany concluded, “I just want Jaiden to know that I love him. I’ve never stopped loving him. And no matter how he feels about me at the moment, that I am here for him – for anything in the world – and that will never change.”

Brittany, who is eligible for release this September, plans to hire an attorney to help her regain visitation rights to Jaiden.
