One of the largest online job boards specializing in 100% remote work, Virtual Vocations, has released its annual ranking of the top 25 Fortune 500 companies that offer fully remote jobs.
With the vast majority of professionals looking for new jobs this year, it’s helpful for job seekers to know which companies value remote work. “With more than four-fifths of U.S. workers planning to find a new job in 2023, we wondered whether the biggest businesses in America could once again deliver what jobseekers want most in their careers: 100% virtual employment,” said Virtual Vocations CEO and co-founder Laura Spawn.
Fortune companies, which Virtual Vocations ranked among the top 25 remote job providers this year, have long hired employees for purely virtual positions. In fact, in 2022, the top 25 employers shared 20,000 of the 250,000 job postings for fully remote jobs on Virtual Vocations’ job board.
In addition, Fortune executives are hiring in some of the highest-demand and fastest-growing industries in today’s job market, including business services, health care, information technology, insurance and retail. The opportunity to work entirely remotely in unusual industries such as automotive, entertainment and media, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals will also surprise job seekers.
