A sneak peek at the second installment of the three-part Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion shows Melissa Gorga leaking a text Jacqueline Laurita sent to Jackie Goldschneider in which Jacqueline bashed Teresa Giudice as “low class” and “so ugly.”
As Teresa accused Melissa and Joe Gorga of playing a role in the federal investigation against her and her former husband, Joe Giudice, that landed the two of them behind bars for fraud, Melissa fought back by exposing Jacqueline’s true feelings about her just weeks after their unexpected reunion in Las Vegas.
“I take it back from Caroline Manzo. They hung out with people that were responsible for that happening to me,” Teresa tells host Andy Cohen as the preview begins. “I spoke to the FBI. I know proof, okay?”
According to Teresa, Melissa and Joe were in communication with her ex-spouse’s former business partner. But, according to Melissa, she doesn’t “even know the man [Teresa’s] talking about.”
“My brother knows who he is,” Teresa notes.
As RHONJ fans will recall, the Giudices pled guilty to fraud in 2014 and, the following year, Teresa spent 11 months behind bars. Then, after her release, Joe Giudice entered prison, where he remained for years before being deported back to his native Italy.
When Andy then asks Dolores Catania how she feels about the Gorga’s potential involvement, she says it’s “hard to believe” that Melissa and Joe could have had something to do with it.
“Do I think that a brother could do that to his sister? No!” she proclaims.
“This is what happened,” Teresa insists. “He was not trying to do it to me. He was trying to do it to my ex because he was hanging out with people who were doing it to my ex. It’s very sad that my own family were hanging out with people that were trying to hurt us.”
“Teresa, we didn’t commit mortgage fraud. You did, doll face. Like, stop. Stop. Stop blaming other people,” Melissa fires back.
But Teresa blames Joe, saying, “I didn’t commit mortgage fraud, that was my husband with wrong taxes,” and mentions that Jacqueline, who she reconciled with earlier this year, prior to the taping of the reunion, will back her up.
“That’s credible, because she loves you,” Melissa sarcastically replies as she brings up a text Jacqueline sent to Jackie just less than a year before Jacqueline and Teresa “made up.”.
“I know I shouldn’t care, but her arrogance, voice and the fact she gets away with too much after being a nasty a**hole bothers me. She is a low life trash bucket. She’s stupid, but also very calculating. Even with her two facelifts, eye lift, nose job, shaved forehead, Botox, fillers, and new boobs she is still so ugly and thinks she’s a goddess. Lol! No, I’m not bitter at all! Lol! Every time I see something on her, it irritates me all over again. (OBVIOUSLY! Lol!) She’s infamous for being a dumb, classless train wreck. She doesn’t get it,” Jacqueline had written.
Following the reading of the text message, Danielle Cabral said, “This is so mean, this is so petty,” and Teresa told Melissa that “Jacqueline’s gonna come after [her].”
“Sleep with one eye open,” Dolores adds. “This is bad for you, Melissa. You’re going down.”
But Melissa presses on, telling Teresa, “This is your ‘friend’ that you want to use against me. And Jacqueline also said you look like trash, so whatever.”
“And she said you were a wh-re!” Teresa yells back.
“That’s funny,” Melissa responds.
