Dorit Kemsley posted a group photo from Spain on Wednesday night that featured the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, including a very slender-looking Kyle Richards. But, after fans raised concern, pointing out that Kyle’s ribs were protruding out of her dress, she deleted it.

Following comments from fans, who suspected Kyle is “unwell” and deemed her “unhealthy,” Dorit erased the image from her page as Kyle clapped back at her weight loss critics.

On May 4, the Real Housewives Zone on Instagram shared the news of Dorit’s deleted pic, revealing that it came after a series of comments from fans, one of whom asked, “Anyone else concerned for Kyle?”

“Her family should be. Ribs are not attractive,” someone responded.

Another person wrote, “Was just gonna comment like ummm everyone looks [healthy] and beautiful and surprisingly DORIT but are those KYLE’S ribs!?!!”

Meanwhile, the fan page continued, others left messages, including “I hope Kyle isn’t unwell,” “Kyle looks unhealthy,” and “Kyles ribs. Yikes.”

Following the backlash, however, Kyle commented on a story about her “dramatic weight loss,” explaining that she was actually sucking in when the photo was taken.

“The picture they’re referring to I was sucking in because of the type of dress I had on, which I see now was not a good look,” she explained in a comment shared on Page Six’s Instagram account on May 4. “I am actually a healthy weight. I eat very well & workout every day. Anyone who knows me can attest to that.”

While many felt that Kyle looked “unhealthy” and suggested the RHOBH cast member “needs an intervention,” she has maintained that her new physique is the result of a strict diet and daily exercise — not Ozempic.

“What I don’t want to get lost in this is that I want to be able to inspire people,” she told Page Six in February. “I stopped drinking almost seven months ago, I don’t eat bad, sugar, pizza, donuts, carbs … so I’d rather be inspiring than people making up stories about me.”

Still, despite her claims, Kyle continues to be accused of using the diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 is currently in production and expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
