Lisa Hochstein has scored a victory in court against estranged husband Lenny Hochstein.

Just as the 56-year-old plastic surgeon‘s much younger model girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, 27, finalized her divorce from Shilo Mazepa, who she previously accused of “abuse,” the Real Housewives of Miami star, 40, was granted $8,000 per month payments from Lenny, who was also ordered to make a large payment to her attorneys.

According to an April 26 report from Page Six, Katharina and Shilo signed off on their divorce agreement on March 22 after three years of marriage.

In addition to reclaiming her maiden name, Katharina Nahlik, Katharina agreed to split her assets with Shilo, with each party maintaining possession of what they have currently. And while both Katharina and Shilo waived their right to alimony, Shilo was ordered to pay her $50,000.

Following the finalization of their divorce, Katharina changed her Instagram username and updated her bio to read, “Whoever said money can’t buy happiness never paid for a divorce.”

She also shared a post on her Instagram Story of an article from The Sun. The outlet was the first to report on her divorce news.

“My divorce is official!” she declared in a caption.

“We are delighted to announce that our client, Katharina, has finalized her divorce. Despite the challenges she faced during this process, we are thrilled to report that her career has been thriving,” Katharina’s manager, Louisa Warwick, told The U.S. Sun in a statement. “Katharina is happy to have signed the divorce and is looking forward to embracing new opportunities on a brighter future.”

Also in court this week, Judge Abby Cynamon ordered Lenny to pay Lisa $8,000 per month, starting on May 1.

According to the legal filing obtained by Page Six on April 27, Lenny must “maintain the status quo” for Lisa and their two children, Logan and Elle, when it comes to their finances, and pay for a number of their expenses, including their medical insurance, school tuition, and activities.

The temporary support payments will remain in place until Lisa and Lenny agree to another amount — or until the court makes an alteration to their order.

Earlier this month, the RHOM star filed court documents in which she described her $30,000-per-episode salary as “insufficient.”

“[Lenny] has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon,” her documents explained, noting that “without [Lenny’s] contribution, [Lisa] cannot provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage.”

Lenny was also forced to make a $60,000 payment to Lisa’s attorneys, who she reportedly owed $85,000 to months ago.

The Real Housewives of Miami season six is currently in production and expected to begin streaming on Peacock sometime late this year.
